Customer Message Maker: AI Prompt for Instacart, DoorDash, Spark
YOUR CUSTOMER MESSAGES, WRITTEN ONCE, IN YOUR VOICE, INSIDE YOUR APP'S RULES.
Then you paste them on every order.
THE PROBLEM
Typing the same messages on every order costs you time while the clock is running. Copying someone else's messages from a group is worse, because nobody checked them against your app's rules. A line that asks for five stars or mentions a tip can be against the rules on one app and fine on another.
WHAT YOU GET
The Customer Message Maker is an AI prompt you paste into your AI chat. It asks which app you work, shows you what that company's own pages say about messaging customers, asks a few quick picks you answer with a letter, then writes your messages the way you talk. You copy them, save them on your phone and send them on every order.
WHAT IT WRITES
An opener. An update after checkout, ready to paste for your first, second, third or fourth stop, with a line about insulated bags if you use them. An item problem message. A running late message. A delivered message, with a simple review ask only where your app allows one. Every message is ready to paste as written, with no customer name to fill in. The item problem message is the only one with blanks.
BUILT ON THE RULES
The rules for 15 apps are built in, read on October 5 and 6, 2026, from each company's own pages wherever they could be opened, and where a page could not be read the tool tells you: Instacart, DoorDash, Spark Driver, Amazon Flex, Uber Eats, Uber, Shipt, Gopuff, Roadie, Curri, Veho, GoShare, Taskrabbit, Instawork and Qwick. Your messages never mention a tip and never ask for five stars. On apps where customers do not need messages, it tells you so and answers your questions about that app's rules. On most of those it also gives you a few ready lines for when something goes wrong. Your app's own agreement always has the last word.
PICTURE CARDS
Want something more than text? Ask for a picture card. It draws a hello, on the way or delivered card with your first name on it, and you change it until you like it. Instacart, Spark, Shipt and DoorDash cards come in that app's colors. Other apps get a plain plum and cream card for now. No company names, no logos and no stars go on a card. Cards need an AI that can make picture files, and they were tested in Claude.
WHAT IT IS NOT
It does not promise more tips or better ratings, and it is not legal advice. It was built in Claude and has been tested in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Grok.
