It’s an absolute game changer if you ask me. It’s helped me integrate so much of what I’ve learned, heal in ways I didn’t even know I needed, and see things in a completely new light.

About the Book

This book takes parents from feeling disconnected to reconnecting with their true, authentic centre, so they can be free to respond the way they really want to and create a life of ease, consciousness, and enjoyment in their family life.

My why

I didn’t realise the nervous system was the missing piece in my tool kit.
