About Me
I’m a homeschooling parent walking the path of natural learning alongside my two wise children (both Projectors and natural leaders) who continually invite me to slow down, listen more deeply, and see the world through a different lens. Parenting them has been my greatest teacher, guiding me not only in how I support their learning, but in how I live, feel, and relate to myself.
Over the past decade, I’ve explored a wide range of modalities, drawn especially to astrology, human design, flower essences, conscious parenting, play therapy, and the nervous system. These interests didn’t arise from theory alone = they were born from lived experience. From moments of overwhelm, disconnection, and uncertainty. From wanting to support my children in ways that truly honoured who they are, rather than who the world expected them to be.
Like many parents, I found myself swimming in advice, information, and noise. Much of it well-intentioned, but often disconnected from the heart. What I longed for was something simpler, truer = a way to return to my inner knowing and meet my children from a place of presence rather than pressure.
This space is an extension of that journey. It’s a living journal and resource library where I share reflections, free tools, and affordable resources that have supported us in reconnecting = to ourselves, to our children, and to the rhythms of life. My hope is that what you find here offers gentle shifts towards greater presence, self-trust, connection, and alignment, supporting you to create a life that feels more spacious, intentional, and true to who you are.
At the heart of everything I share is a devotion to honouring unique energy and natural gifts. I believe children come into the world whole and wise, and that our role as parents is not to shape them, but to create environments where they can unfold safely and authentically. When we parent from the heart, we begin to nurture the whole child = heart, mind, body, and spirit.
This work isn’t about fixing or optimising. It’s about remembering. Remembering that learning can be relational, that emotions carry wisdom, and that alignment often comes through slowing down rather than pushing forward.
From time to time, deeper 1:1 spaces and personalised support may open organically.
But above all, this is a place of sharing, reflection, and gentle reconnection. For parents who feel the call to live and parent in a way that feels more true.
If something here resonates and you feel drawn to explore deeper support, you’re warmly welcome to reach out. From there, we can feel into whether working together is aligned.
From my heart to yours,
Heidi
