A local, status-only organizer for current-source checks, a buyer-selected online-I-130 handoff, mailed-packet coordination, and follow-up.
Short listing description
This AOS organizer helps a couple coordinate official-source checks, a
user-selected packet inventory, mailing status, and post-filing follow-up.

provide legal advice. Keep sensitive documents and case identifiers outside the
workbook. Includes one local Excel workbook and handwriting PDFs in US Letter
and A4. Digital product only; no physical item ships.
Long listing description
This AOS organizer gives a couple one calm place to coordinate official-source
checks, a user-selected packet inventory, mailing status, and post-filing
follow-up.
It does not tell you what to file, determine eligibility, complete forms,
prescribe evidence, choose fees or addresses, or provide legal advice. You must
already have selected this filing plan independently or with qualified help.
Keep names, A-numbers, SSNs, dates of birth, passport and receipt numbers,
addresses, credentials, document images, medical details, and financial values
outside these files. The workbook records neutral IDs, generic labels, dates,
and administrative statuses only.
Official form editions, fees, filing locations, and requirements can change.
The included source checksum was reviewed on 2026-07-16, but you must recheck the
linked USCIS pages before use and take case-specific questions to a licensed
immigration attorney or DOJ-accredited representative.
When the filing plan is chosen but the coordination system is not
One source page is open in a browser. A signature check lives on a sticky note.
The mailing step is in someone’s head. Later notices and follow-up dates will
create another round of loose reminders. A static required-document checklist
cannot safely resolve those moving parts for a particular case.
The Marriage Filing Control Center uses a different approach. It helps you
record where you checked, when you checked, what user-selected item needs
administrative attention, who owns the next step, and where sensitive material
is stored outside the workbook. Its labels stay deliberately cautious:
Not checked, Buyer verified, Professional verified, and Needs review.
What is included in the paid product
- One local Excel workbook: six visible tabs for setup, official sources,
plan and handoff, a user-selected packet inventory, mailing preflight, and a
post-filing log.
- US Letter printable worksheets: a 14-page PDF designed for handwriting.
- A4 printable worksheets: the same 14-page content sized for A4 paper.
- One-household license: personal, internal administrative use for the
purchasing household.
- Status-only structure: neutral item and event IDs, cautious validation
messages, visible attention counts, and no macros or live web connections.
- Fixed working capacity: up to 150 user-selected inventory rows, 100
post-filing event rows, 50 plan rows, and 20 mailing-log rows in the workbook.
The workbook includes clearly fictional demonstration rows. Delete the yellow
demo inputs before entering your own neutral labels and statuses. Do not enter
sensitive facts in free-text cells. The file is not an encrypted document vault.
Available separately, not included in the paid bundle: USCIS Source Check
Lite is a free 3-page PDF in US Letter and A4. It contains a source checksum and
four verification prompts only. It does not include the paid plan, packet
inventory, mailing, preflight, or post-filing tools.
Six benefits
1. See the administrative sequence: move from current-source checks to your
own inventory, preflight, mailing record, and later follow-up without turning
a checklist into a legal conclusion.
2. Keep moving requirements visible: record source status and checked-on
dates instead of relying on an undated form, fee, edition, or address note.
3. Protect sensitive case details: use neutral IDs and status labels while
keeping notices, documents, identifiers, addresses, and financial values in
your existing secure system.
4. Find open attention items: surface unchecked and needs-review statuses,
duplicate neutral IDs, missing source references, and dated follow-ups.
5. Share responsibility clearly: record whether a step belongs to the
petitioner role, applicant role, both, or a professional without entering
names or confidential advice.
6. Use a local, reusable workspace: work in current Excel or print the US
Letter/A4 worksheets with no subscription, cloud sync, macro, or account
connection.
How it works
1. Recheck the official sources. Open the linked USCIS pages and record your
own source-verification statuses and dates. Keep fee amounts and filing
addresses outside the workbook.
2. Build your administrative inventory. Add only the neutral labels and
statuses for items and steps you already selected independently or with
qualified help.
3. Work the attention queue. Resolve unchecked and needs-review items, record
a neutral mailing status, and log buyer-set follow-up dates without copying
notices or case identifiers into the file.
Good fit for
- A U.S.-citizen spouse and foreign-national spouse already in the United States
who independently selected the product’s named online-I-130 plus mailed
marriage-based adjustment workflow.
- A couple who wants an administrative control surface after choosing a filing
plan, not a service that selects or prepares the plan.
- An Excel user who prefers local files and can store sensitive case records in
an existing secure system.
- A buyer willing to recheck current USCIS sources and escalate case-specific
questions to qualified help.
Not a fit for
- Anyone who needs eligibility analysis, status or admissibility advice, form or
evidence selection, form completion, filing-order guidance, fee or address
selection, document review, representation, or a completeness determination.
- Anyone seeking a government form, legal service, filing service, document
vault, case portal, notice parser, processing-time estimate, reminder service,
or USCIS account integration.
- A consular, fiancé-visa, I-751, N-400, employment-based, humanitarian, or other
workflow outside the product’s narrow approved framing.
- A professional seeking client use, an attorney edition, a multi-case system,
resale, white-label rights, or a commercial template license.
- A buyer who needs Google Sheets, Notion, a web app, cloud collaboration, form
filling, automatic source updates, or physical fulfillment.
FAQ
1. Does this tell me which forms or evidence my case needs?
No. The product never supplies a default required-form or evidence list. It
organizes neutral labels and administrative statuses for items you already
selected independently or with qualified help. For case-specific questions,
consult a licensed immigration attorney or DOJ-accredited representative.
2. Does a green or “verified” status mean my packet is correct or complete?
No. Buyer verified and Professional verified mean only that you recorded an
administrative check. No status means eligible, correct, complete, ready to
file, accepted, or likely to receive any particular outcome.
3. Are current fees, form editions, or mailing addresses included?
No amounts, edition numbers, or filing addresses are stored in the product. The
files link to the current official USCIS source categories and prompt you to
recheck them outside the workbook. The source set was reviewed on 2026-07-16,
but official information can change.
4. Should I enter receipt numbers, names, addresses, or document details?
No. Do not enter names, A-numbers, SSNs, dates of birth, passport or receipt
numbers, addresses, credentials, tracking numbers, document images, medical
details, financial values, notice contents, or attorney communications. Use
neutral IDs and status labels, and keep sensitive records in your existing
secure system.
5. What files are included in the paid product?
The paid set contains one six-tab XLSX workbook, one 14-page US Letter PDF, one
content-identical 14-page A4 PDF, and a one-household license. The PDFs are made
for handwriting and do not contain interactive form fields. The separately
available free USCIS Source Check Lite PDFs are not files in the paid bundle.
6. Do I need Excel? Is Google Sheets included?
The workbook is an XLSX file built for current Microsoft Excel. It opened cleanly
in Excel for Mac 16.111 during exact-final QA; Windows Excel was not directly
tested. Google Sheets compatibility is not claimed, and no Google Sheets version
is included. You can use the printable PDFs without Excel.
7. Is this affiliated with USCIS or reviewed by an attorney?
No. Template Goblin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USCIS
or any government agency. This product is not a government form, legal advice,
an attorney review, or a substitute for a licensed immigration attorney or
DOJ-accredited representative.
8. What does the license allow?
The purchasing household may use and adapt the files for its own personal,
internal administrative organization. The files may not be redistributed,
resold, sublicensed, published, shared publicly or with another household, used
for professional/client work, or offered as a template or white-label product.
9. What if a delivered file does not open or work as described?
Contact Template Goblin through the marketplace where you purchased. Include
the product name, version, device, app, and a description of the file issue, but
