Why a Process Improvement Coach?
Having a coach stand by you along the way can be very beneficial. They can help clarify training material, assist in developing a process improvement plan, and answer a multitude of questions. Coaching is booked in 30 min increments so you can manage time and money along the way. You can use us for a one time conversation or ongoing.
We can also set up multiple sessions and can send you a payment to link to cover all the sessions.
Zoom and Screen Sharing
We utilize the Zoom platform which allows us to share documents, connect more people, and even record the session if needed. We send you log in links soon after agreeing on dates and times for coaching sessions.

How does appointment scheduling work?
Once we receive confirmation of the booking, we will reach out to you and schedule your first session.
Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?
For sure! If you would like to sign up for multiple sessions or a bucket of hours, we will simply invoice you separately with the total amount. Then we will pull from those allocated hours as we go along.
