“Do I have to come every month?” Nope! Your treatments are banked, so you can use them when it suits you. Whether you want to pop in monthly for a fresh chemical peel and facial, or come in quarterly for your anti-wrinkle top-ups, you’re completely in control.
“Will I look overdone?” Never. My signature style is natural, subtle, youthful, and skin-first. Whether we are doing Botox or a microneedling session, the goal is always quietly beautiful results that enhance your natural features, never change them.
“How does the FREE tier benefit work?” Instead of having to refer people, your free benefit is automatically built right into your membership as a thank-you for being a member! Depending on your tier, you get a completely free treatment added to your plan:

“Can I sign up now and book my treatment straight away?” The membership is designed to build up credit over time, so treatments are usually booked once payments have accumulated. However, if you’d like to get started straight away, we can arrange a monthly payment plan for your initial treatment — so you’ll be up and running from day one. By the time your next treatment is due, your membership will already be rolling nicely. Win-win!
“How many treatments do I actually get?” Because we now offer everything from injectables to advanced skin rejuvenation, it is completely customisable! For example, on the Gold plan, your credit easily covers 3 areas of regular Botox every 4 months plus a high-performance skin booster. Or, you can mix and match to get regular microneedling, chemical peels, and facials. You are in the driver's seat.
“Can I cancel?” Yes — while we encourage long-term consistency for the absolute best skin results, we don’t believe in locking anyone in. You can cancel at any time with notice.
