The Habitual Giver

The Habitual Giver is Sunny’s poetic journey to self love through recognizing a long history of patterns of her matriarchal ancestors willingness to over give, nurture, feed, and pour out without thought into so many. Though giving is great, too much of anything can indeed be a bad thing.

Sunny touches on post-partum depression, being out of touch with her body, being disconnected from her emotions, abuse, and so much more.

But this is a story of victory, prevailing despite obstacles, perseverance with God on her side, and tests of her endurance. The Habitual Giver was written with every woman in mind who has only knew to give to others, feeling selfish to do anything without consideration of another and guilty for even pondering on fulfilling her own desires.
