These are the 2nd in my science sock series. They are inspired by all things Geeky and science related. DNA, Deoxyribonucleic acid is a molecule composed of two chains that coil around each other to form a double helix carrying the genetic instructions that make us who we are. In this pattern, I tried to show the DNA helix spiralling up the foot and leg with 2 different cable patterns.

These unisex socks will delight any science nerd in your life and even for the less scientific amongst us, they are a fun knit and look really great on. Make them for your family to remind them of the bonds of DNA that you share, or for yourself marvelling at the wonders of genetics that make you the unique person you are.
