Every student. One page each. The proof on the table.

The ERF (Evidence Report Framework) District Cohort Edition turns your building’s own gradebook scores into IEP-ready evidence: a one-page report for each student — documented performance before and after an assistive-technology accommodation — plus a cohort report across every participating student. Twenty minutes of data entry per student. One minute to run.

The reports show:

•    Average score without the accommodation and with it — the teacher’s own grades, unadjusted.

•    Point gain per student and across the cohort, with growth trajectories over time.

•    Subject-by-subject comparisons and the consistency statistic that answers “wasn’t that just one good test?”

Built for district privacy rules:

Everything runs locally on district-owned equipment. Students are identified by codes, never names. No uploads, no cloud, no student data transmitted anywhere.

What’s included:

The District Cohort Edition analysis notebook and engines, data templates with instructions, a complete filled-in sample cohort (six students, 180 graded items) so your team can try everything before entering real data, the sample cohort report, and the Quick Start Guide. Your License Certificate, naming your district and licensed building, is emailed within two business days of purchase.

License terms, plainly:

One purchase covers one school building. Unlimited students, unlimited reports, no per-student fees, no subscription. The license does not expire. Additional buildings need additional licenses.

Requirements:

Runs in any standard notebook environment (free Anaconda, Jupyter, or similar). If your team can open a spreadsheet and click “Run All Cells,” they can run this.

Purchasing with a district PO instead? We accept standard purchase orders — the whole process runs by email, no calls or meetings. Request the vendor packet at info@cognitiveramps.org.
