Piper Arrow II Rear Seat Bench

CAD file (.step) and drawing (.pdf) suitable for CNC routing the rear seat bench that covers the flap mechanism, various flight control cables, pulleys, and landing gear pressure manifolds for a Piper Arrow II airplane or similar. The owner is responsible for organizing the legal pathway to produce, install, and maintain these parts through various pathways (AC43, Owner Produced, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, ASTM Standards, Other Approved Data, etc.).

Suggest CNC routing from ½ in marine/aviation grade or better plywood. Match drill mounting holes to old, removed seat bench. 

Some modification may be required. 

Material selection and testing is left to the aircraft owner. Consider using an online service for production if unable to use local sources. Some trimming or sanding may be required.
