The Intimacy Pathway

The Intimacy Pathway:

A 6-Month Journey to Rediscovering Who You Married

✨Welcome to Your Marriage Breakthrough✨ Tired of feeling like a “roommate” of your spouse? Are there concerning patterns developing where you just don't feel connected, or the oneness you once shared?

Pastor Jeff is excited to share this highly evidence-based marriage coaching with you…

Dream with us …What if the next six months could transform your marriage from surviving to truly thriving and set you on a greater intimacy pathway for the rest of your lives?

Most couples live with a quiet ache—knowing their relationship could be so much more but unsure how to get there. You're not broken; you've just lost the map to each other's hearts.

The Intimacy Pathway is designed for couples who refuse to settle for roommate status and are ready to rediscover the passion, depth, and sacred friendship that first drew you together.

Over three intentional two-hour sessions, we'll create a safe space to be completely honest, shed the masks you've been wearing, and build practical pathways to the intimacy you're longing for.

This isn't theory or generic advice—it's a customized journey, that's been proven to shape your unique story as a couple. We'll dig beneath surface conflicts to understand the deeper longings driving your disconnection, equip you with tools that actually work in real marriage, and help you craft a vision for your future that excites both of you.

You'll leave each session with actionable next steps, and more importantly, with renewed hope that your best days together are still ahead of you.

Session Overview

Session 1: "Seeing Each Other Again" - The Foundation of Safety & Understanding

Focus: Rediscovering who you married and who you've each become.

In our first session, we'll explore how you got here—not to assign blame, but to understand. We'll uncover your individual attachment styles, identify the negative cycles you've fallen into, and learn how past wounds (often from long before you met) are showing up in your present conflicts. You'll discover why you fight about the same things repeatedly and what your partner is really asking for beneath their words. Most importantly, we'll establish emotional safety so both of you can be vulnerable without fear.

How this builds intimacy: You can't connect with someone you don't truly see. When you understand the "why" behind your spouse's reactions, criticism transforms into compassion. This session removes the enemy status from your partner and redirects your energy toward fighting for your marriage together.

Date Night Homework Example: "Tell me about a time in your childhood when you felt unseen or unheard. How do you think that might show up in our relationship today?"

Session 2: "Building Bridges" - Communication That Connects & Conflict That Heals

Focus: Learning to fight fair and speak in ways that land deeply into the center of our souls.

In session two, we tackle the communication breakdown that's created distance between you. You'll learn the art of speaking your truth in love, listening not only to understand but shape your response in a thoughtful and specific way, & expressing your needs without blame or selfishness. We'll practice repair conversations—how to come back together after a blow-up—and explore how to turn conflicts into opportunities for deeper understanding rather than ammunition for future fights. You'll also identify your unique "bids for connection" and how you've been missing each other's attempts to reach out.

How this builds intimacy: Real intimacy requires the ability to be fully known—including your messiest parts—and still be fully loved. When you can navigate conflict without withdrawing or attacking, you create a relationship where both people feel safe to be themselves. Communication isn't just about being heard; it's about feeling known.

Date Night Homework Example: "What's one thing I do or say that makes you feel most loved and connected to me? What's one thing that makes you feel distant from me?"

---

Session 3: "Creating Your Future" - Vision, Romance & Sustainable Intimacy

Focus: Designing a marriage that grows and nurtures for decades.

Our final session is all about trajectory. We'll co-create a compelling vision for your marriage's future—what do you want your relationship to look like in 5, 10, 20 years? You'll establish rhythms and rituals that keep intimacy alive amidst busy schedules, rediscover what romance and fun look like for your unique personalities, and explore how to maintain emotional, spiritual, and physical connection as life evolves. We'll also build your personalized "marriage maintenance plan"—practical habits and check-ins that prevent you from drifting apart again.

How this builds intimacy: Hope is oxygen for marriage. When you can both see and get excited about where you're headed together, the daily struggles feel worth it. This session gives you a roadmap and accountability to keep choosing each other, even when life gets hard. You'll learn that intimacy isn't something that just happens—it's something you intentionally cultivate.

Date Night Homework Example: "Dream with me: If our marriage could be anything we wanted it to be, what would that look like? What's one thing we could start doing this week to move toward that vision?"

Why You Should Reach Out Now

Here's what makes this opportunity unique: I only have openings for two couples this winter, and I'm committed to going deep rather than wide. You'll receive personalized attention, customized tools for your specific challenges, and a coach who genuinely believes your marriage can experience exponential growth.

The three core benefits you'll walk away with are: (1) Renewed emotional connection where you actually feel close again, not just committed, (2) Practical communication tools that evolve as marriage and family life evolves, and (3) A sustainable roadmap that keeps your marriage thriving long after our sessions end. This is my favorite part! Checking in with you along the roadmap of your marriage! 🤍

Typical in-person marriage counseling runs $150-$250 per session, putting quality help out of reach for many couples. That's why I've established our “Generosity Fund”—because your budget should never determine whether your marriage gets the support it deserves. This fund allows us to work together regardless of your financial situation. Whether you can invest the full amount or need significant assistance, we'll find a way to make this work. Your marriage is worth fighting for, and I don't want money to be the reason you don't get the help you need. Reach out today—your breakthrough is closer than you think! Let's lean into hope again. -Jeff

Lean Into Hope Again

"Jeff was absolutely incredible. He led us through counseling sessions that were so meaningful and intentional, and then beautifully incorporated who we are - recapturing our story, resurfacing our legacy and our love. We truly could not be more thankful.

Throughout the entire process, he made us feel genuinely loved and cared for. He went above and beyond to ensure everything benefited us and that the sessions felt personal and true to our relationship, its struggles, and personal things we were facing in our journey.

We felt it was very natural, heartfelt, and personalized to us. He was able to capture everything we hoped our marriage could be. We are endlessly grateful for his time, care, and skill!" -Lauren G.
