How the Enterprise Assessment Works

This no-cost assessment is the first step for organizations considering a multi-site, multi-location, or enterprise implementation of the Safety Specialties 52-Week General Industry Toolbox Talk System.

Step 1: Download the Start Here Guide

After registering, you will receive a qualification guide explaining the process and the information needed for Safety Specialties to evaluate your request.

Step 2: Submit the Enterprise Intake Form

Complete the required intake form with information about your organization, including:

• Number and type of operating locations
• Approximate workforce size
• English, Spanish, or bilingual requirements
• Departments, shifts, and operational complexity
• Desired level of branding or site-specific adaptation
• Implementation timeline
• Leadership, supervisor, and rollout-support needs

Submitting the intake form does not create a consulting engagement or guarantee project acceptance.

Step 3: Safety Specialties Reviews the Request

Safety Specialties will review the submitted information to determine whether the standard system, an implementation package, or a custom enterprise engagement is the appropriate solution.

Incomplete submissions may be returned for additional information before scheduling is offered.

Step 4: Qualified Organizations Receive a Private Scheduling Link

If the request appears to be a potential fit, the designated contact will receive a private link to schedule an Enterprise Discovery Call through Microsoft Teams.

The scheduling link is not included on the public product page. Please do not attempt to schedule before submitting the required intake.

About the Discovery Call

The call is intended to:

• Confirm organizational needs and purchasing authority
• Clarify locations, languages, licensing, and implementation scope
• Identify major operational or deployment requirements
• Determine the appropriate commercial pathway
• Establish whether a written proposal should be prepared

The assessment call is a qualification and scoping conversation. It does not include safety-program development, regulatory interpretation, document review, site-specific recommendations, employee training, or delivery of the 52-week system.

Please have a decision-maker or authorized project representative attend the call whenever possible.

After the Call

When there is a mutual fit, Safety Specialties may issue:

• A recommended service and licensing structure
• A written scope of work
• A custom proposal
• A private Payhip purchase link or invoice
• Additional intake or document requests, when necessary

Work begins only after the written scope is accepted and all required payment and onboarding conditions are satisfied.
