What if you had one more day? One more conversation? One more chance to say the things you wish you had said?

“What If” is a deeply personal song about love, loss, regret, and the questions that can remain long after someone we love is gone.

I wrote this song from the heart after losing my son, Stevie. When you lose someone you love, life continues—but part of you keeps going back. You remember the conversations, the good times, the difficult times, and sometimes you find yourself wondering:

What if I had done something differently?

What if I had known?

What if I had one more chance?

Those questions may never have answers.

But the love remains.

Although “What If” began with my own story, this song is for anyone who has ever lost someone they loved and still carries them in their heart.

Maybe it was your child.

Your husband or wife.

Your mother or father.

A brother, sister, friend, or someone whose absence changed your life forever.

If you've ever looked toward Heaven and wished for just one more conversation, this song is for you.

In memory of Stevie — and for everyone we love who left us too soon.
