UK Edition: Sensory Observation Checklist and Sensory Break Menu, SEND, KS4 and Post-16
A classroom tool for noticing sensory needs and responding to them. The observation checklist covers sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell, movement, body awareness and internal body signals, with seeking and avoiding signs for each.
A planner turns observations into simple adjustments. A sensory break menu gives pupils age appropriate options, and a pupil self report page records their own view. It does not replace an occupational therapy assessment. 5 A4 pages.
