Row, Row, Row Your Boat (Clarinet Quartet)

This arrangement contains a traditional version, and 4 variations to Row, Row, Row Your Boat. For each variation there is an activity card that contains ideas for performing to children, or using in the classroom with students. It contains new lyrics for the variations by Fiona Hickie.

This is for clarinet quartet. In the Train variation the bass clarinet player plays the tom toms.

Variation 1 - An alternate boat version (a slower version reflecting a peaceful river)

Variation 2 - Car (imagine a car beeping along the road) Not fast, but more a convertible with its hood down, out for a drive down the street

Variation 3 - Horse (Out on the plains, plodding along)

Variation 4 - Train (Imagine a train leaving the station)

Instrumentation: Clarinet Quartet: Clarinet 1, Clarinet 2, Clarinet 3 and Bass Clarinet/tom toms.
