Faith-Integrated Therapy: Bridging the Psychological Divide (3.5 hour training and digital resources)
Christian clients often wrestle with the tension between spiritual growth and emotional or mental health struggles. As therapists, pastors, ministry leaders, or trauma-informed coaches, we may ask: How can I ethically integrate faith into therapy and helping while still honouring evidence-based practice?
In this clinically grounded, faith-informed webinar, Ann-Marie Covert, MSW, RSW, will guide you through the intersection of neuroscience, emotion regulation, and spirituality. You’ll learn practical strategies to integrate faith safely into therapeutic modalities like CBT, ACT, DBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and nervous system regulation, helping Christian clients heal soul.
You will gain:
✦ A clear understanding of nervous system regulation and emotion regulation in the context of faith
✦ Tools to apply spiritual language, prayer, or scripture ethically within therapy
✦ Strategies to support clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational wounds
✦ Access to practical resources, case studies, and a faith‑integrated therapy e‑book to use in practice
The field needs more competent helpers who understand the intersection of faith and psychology, how to navigate it ethically and powerfully, and I pray that this training both equips and blesses you!
