Through this 6-session program, I will share interesting and down-to-earth ways of creating more grounding and balance in your daily life. Through science-backed practices, interesting talks, and thoughtful programing, Experiencing Mindfulness will provide you with not only fascinating knowledge but also practical applications to take mindfulness off of your meditation cushion and into your life.

Experiencing Mindfulness is for newbies and seasoned meditators alike! Come as you are. Whether you’ve meditated for decades or never tried, I invite you to join me on this fun and introspective journey of understanding mindfulness deeper and implementing practical ways of weaving mindfulness into your daily life. There are no special skills or change of closed required. All are welcome!

The teachings helped me gain a new view on the practice and experience it as something I can incorporate with ease into my day and enrich it, rather than a chore I have to do. Here's how amazing Brittany is: Two years ago a ladder won a battle with me when I fell and broke my fibula and shattered my tibia. We got into contact and she has made chair yoga practices for me and many people in my support class. Experiencing Mindfulness helped with anxiety and much pain because I am a 13-year recovering addict and refuse narcotics so I live by all her courses and classes on YouTube.
This course was amazing! It exceeded my expectations on every level and Brittany goes way above and beyond in every aspect of her teaching. It's a solid variety of material far beyond any typical meditation or free course you'll find online, and even much more thorough than many wellness retreats or paid classes I've experienced in the past. Beyond the course itself, it's something you can easily practice again and again and there are so many supplemental materials to keep you practicing and learning as far as you care to take your journey. Brittany goes deep, expresses true compassion, and is very comforting in guiding your experience with both a calming presence and a genuine sense of care and gratitude that many people lack when teaching.
Experiencing Mindfulness was, for me, a wonderful re-introduction to a practice that I had let fall to the wayside. Brittany led the course with warmth and humility and provided different types of meditations to have in one's toolbox. She took great care to understand the questions that were asked and answered them clearly with just the right amount of information and insight. If you are beginning or returning to a mindfulness practice, then Experiencing Mindfulness is definitely worth your while.

No problem! This program is self-paced and nothing is locked so if you simply want the meditations and none of the *super exciting* informational videos, you can skip around to your liking!
Honestly, I think we can all use a little more time for mindfulness in our lives right now :)
With the fast-paced society we live in along with the effects of a global pandemic, your mind and nervous system deserve time to recharge.
Not at all! No cross-legged seat required ;) I just ask that you find a comfortable position for your body today. That might be sitting on a chair, a couch, on the floor...perhaps it's laying down (if you can stay awake) or even standing if sitting or laying is uncomfortable for your body. And know that you can shift your position anytime you need. This practice is for you and the body you have today :)
