- Nutrition targets tailored to your goals, preferences and nutritional requirements (both maintenance & deficit targets provided)
- 2 example meal plans to suit your targets
- Instructions on how to re-calculate your new maintenance targets once you've finished the diet

Once payment is completed, the MFP guide will be available for immediate download. Liesl will contact you to complete an initial consultation questionnaire so your personalised nutrition plan can be put together. You will receive your package within 7 days.
