Prepare for Resistance. RESOURCE & LOVE your trans self, now.
It's never been clearer that we are facing down a very hard corner of history. Yet many of us lack basic skills for building our resources and buoying our spirits. If you're not sure how you're going to make it through these upcoming years, these workshops are for you.
RESOURCE YOUR TRANS SELF and LOVE YOUR TRANS SELF work synergistically - helping you create a beautiful, strong foundation for tending to yourself in exquisite and powerful ways. These workshops are not just conceptual lectures - we go deep on exercises and skills building together. You're also provided with tools and resources in the workbook that will bolster you as you build out these new skills.
This is not merely an encouragement to become more individualistic and hyper-independent. Applying the skills from these workshops will give you more capacity for showing up to yourself, your community, and your life. When you can show up for both yourself and others, you will be more effective in the web of support we all must build to survive the years ahead.
LOVE YOUR TRANS SELF focuses on self-love as a verb, specifically for trans folks. RESOURCE YOUR TRANS SELF focuses on resourcing in practical, approachable, applicable ways. Each workshop is 2 hours of instruction, practical exercises, and skill building. These workshops are grounded in action, and will leave your cup and heart full!

What people are saying
This was truly the best thing I could have invested in for myself as a depleted, exhausted NB. I think EVERY trans-identifying person could benefit massively from the journal prompts and the community the course fosters.

Through Eli, I first read about the concept and practice of "resourcing," and damn, I had no idea how integral it could be to my everyday life AS a trans person. I return to the course's workbook constantly because it's such an approachable, patient resource in of itself for learning to resource myself.

I feel like I will be able to apply these tools to grow into more compassion for myself and it's energizing to imagine moving through some of the disassociation and self-meanness I've grappled with for my whole life. I've always found it so murky to articulate what I need, it's like learning a whole new language. I cannot tell you how serendipitous this has been, especially the Four of Wands, that resonated so much! I feel more hopeful, connected and like I'm waking up to some inner magic and wisdom.

I am so glad I attended LOVE YOUR TRANS SELF. It felt so validating to have the topic of self love be from a trans perspective. I got a lot out of this workshop - concepts, tools, resources. I am excited to start reframing my relationship with my body and use the tools we learned!

I loved the concrete activities to cultivate and practice self love. And Eli was, as always, so warm and knowledgeable and nonjudgmental. He makes the time fly by, and I always leave his workshops wanting to learn more!

I didn't think that the simple, approachable exercises in this workshop would make much of an impact on my life. But after a few months of engaging with them, the difference is palpable! Thank you for this resource on resourcing!
