LIVE Freight Dispatch Training

Our Freight Dispatch Training Program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively dispatch and manage freight operations. Through a combination of theoretical and practical training, participants will learn about the role of the freight dispatcher, how to communicate effectively with carriers and customers, how to track and monitor shipments, and how to handle issues and emergencies that may arise.

Topics covered include business setup, types of equipment, freight documentation, transportation regulations, route planning, load optimization, and customer service.

By the end of the training, participants will have the skills and confidence to start their own business as an Independent Freight Dispatcher or excel in a freight dispatch role and make a valuable contribution to any organization in the transportation industry.
