Let me tell you about the six week strength training program I’ve created specifically for men and women aged 35 and over. This program is personal to me—it’s based on 15 years of experience as a personal trainer and my journey as a British Masters powerlifting champion with international medals in the deadlift and ranked number 1 in Europe. I know firsthand what it takes to build strength and feel incredible, no matter your age.


This program is all about getting stronger and just about the aesthetics. Each workout is designed to be effective, time efficient, and to help you push your limits. You’ll train for 45 to 70 minutes per session, focusing on tried and tested exercises like Romanian deadlifts, squats, Bulgarian split squats, back rows, and pull-ups. These movements are staples in any solid strength program because they deliver results. And it’s not just about lifting weights; there’s a big focus on core strength and stability to keep you functional and injury free.


I’ve also included a nutrition plan because I know how important it is to fuel your body the right way. Whether your goal is to gain strength, improve muscle tone, or just feel more energised, the plan will guide you step by step. Plus, I’ve packed the program with extra tips (well over 50 pages) and insights to help you look and feel your best as you age.
