"PIONEERS ALWAYS MOVING WEST" (three Phillips families move from Europe to Virginia, North & South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, and Oklahoma)

The book follows John Phillips and wife and five chuldren from Antrim County Northern Ireland to Charleson., SC in 1768 and his son Robert's family to Indian country in Giles, TN in 1809. From there some went to Gibson Co.. and Center Star. AL in Laudedale County.

It follows John Phillips, a Rev Soldier from North Carolina to Giles County, TN in 1820 and his son John"Jack" Jr to Center Star, AL ca 1825. They cliam to be from Wales.

A third Phillips family came from Brunscombe Co., VA to Lauderdale Co., AL by 1830. Sam Phillips who discovered Elvis is part of this Phillips familly.
