Halt | Red Light Green Light Style | 40 Minutes | Finish - IronScript
Halt is a stop and go script...
The first twelve minutes establish the pattern with short stops - two to five seconds each, frequent enough that you learn quickly what the red light feels like. The motion resumes each time with a brief vibration at the bottom before the first stroke, a physical signal that the green light is back. That signal becomes something you start waiting for.
The middle section changes the weight of the stops. Fewer of them, but longer, anywhere from eight to twenty seconds. The stroking between them runs deeper into pressure before cutting off. Each stop lands at a worse moment than the last. The green light signal keeps arriving but the gaps before it get harder to sit through.
The final stretch shortens the stops again, but by then it doesn't matter. The go phases run longer, the speed is higher, and the pressure doesn't have time to fully clear before the next stop arrives and takes it away again. Then gives it back. Then takes it again.
The finale removes the stops entirely and doesn't let up.
40 minutes.
