Terms of Use:

If you sell a beat on BeatStars using any of these samples, make sure to add me (OHMIKEPROD) as a collaborator with a 50/50 split.

You’re free to sell beat leases that include these samples, as long as we split the upfront payment and royalties 50/50 (or as agreed).

Exclusive beats using these samples can also be sold, but the same 50/50 split applies for upfront payment and royalties (or per another agreement). Keep in mind, the sample will still remain non-exclusive and fully owned by me (OHMIKEPROD).

Whenever you upload a beat or song that uses these samples, remember to credit me in the title as "prod.by____ x OHMIKEPROD".
