SRH034 Fat Daddy's Summit Rye High IPA 503 (All Grain)

This IPA explores the use of 12 oz of Rye Whiskey and rye malt behind a traditional host of hops that work well together in an IPA recipe. We love this beer and realize it packs a good punch. Try this beer as designed and try it with dry hopping.

503 version: We added the Rye Whiskey to the secondary fermenter 5 days before bottling.

Makes 5 gallons.
