Thomas is at the psychiatric clinic very scared about the perspective of receiving a painful ECT treatment. The doctor manages to convince him and thomas is eventually prepared by the doctor, who administers several doses of electricity. Unfortunately, he flatlines, and the doctor has to revive him with CPR and a dose of adrenaline.

Later, while in the ICU, Thomas is very tired and with a big headache. He suddenly develops a recurring seizure problem that leads to another flatline. The doctor initiates CPR and with a final dose of adrenalinehe comes back to life.
