Pricing Calculator: Product Price, Hourly Rate and Discount Check (Excel)

Three small calculators for freelancers and online sellers who want to stop guessing at prices.

• Product Price: type what you want to keep from each sale and your cost. See the price to charge on Etsy, eBay, Payhip, Ko-fi, itch.io or a direct PayPal link so that you still keep it after fees.
• Hourly Rate: type the take-home pay you want, your business costs, time off and how many hours you can really bill. Get an hourly rate, a day rate and three example project quotes.
• Discount Check: see how many extra sales a 5% to 50% discount needs just to earn what a normal month earns.

• Excel file (.xlsx). Also opens in Google Sheets and LibreOffice.
• Fee rates are 2026 examples and every one is editable. Check your platform's current fees.
