Affiliate Marketer Income Tracker
Affiliate Marketer Income Tracker Excel — programs & campaigns, income log, expenses, and a monthly P and L dashboard. Know what every line actually pays — and whether the month actually made money.
Built for Affiliate marketers juggling a dozen program dashboards, each with its own payout delay, who want to know which programs earn after content and ads — and which ones to drop.
WHAT'S INCLUDED (6 sheets):
- Programs & Campaigns — Every program: gross commissions, conversions, commission per conversion, add-on revenue from bonuses and tier rewards, total revenue, and direct content and ad cost. Change a commission and the totals update.
- Income Log — Every program line: date, program, entry, conversions, rate pulled from sheet 1 by formula, amount, and whether it was billable. Add-on rows are priced per entry, and unpaid review units are logged as non-billable.
- Expenses — every overhead cost by category (Ads, Software, Content, Tools, Domains, Fees, Other), with quantity, cost per unit, and a monthly cost for each.
- Monthly P and L — revenue, direct cost, ads, software, content, tools, domains, fees, other and other expenses by month, Jan-Dec, with net profit and margin. Revenue is a formula from the Income Log; direct cost is a formula from sheet 1.
- Dashboard — total revenue, programs, units, billable vs non-billable units, units vs target, average revenue, direct cost, expenses, net profit and margin, best and weakest lines, revenue by line, costs by category, and units by line.
- Cover and How to Use — start here. Yellow cells are the only ones you edit.
EXAMPLE DATA (October 2026 — replace with your own numbers):
- 12 lines; gross revenue 18,940; add-on revenue 565; total revenue 19,505; direct cost 7,250.
- 538 conversions on sheet 1; 556 logged (544 billable, 12 non-billable); units vs target 85.5 percent of a 650 target; average revenue per billable conversion 35.85.
- ads 740; software 138; content 530; tools 207; domains 95; fees 55; other 50; overhead 1,815; total expenses 9,065; net profit 10,440; net margin 53.5 percent.
- Best line by revenue: Web Hosting Program, 2,910. Best revenue per conversion: Credit Card Program, 70.00. Lowest revenue per conversion: Meal Kit Program, 12.00. Losing line: Meal Kit Program at -180 before overhead.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Download the Excel file instantly after purchase.
2. On sheet 1, enter each line's gross revenue, conversions, add-on revenue, and direct cost. Revenue per conversion and total revenue fill in by formula.
3. On sheet 2, add a row per entry: date, name (spelled exactly as on sheet 1), entry, conversions, rate, and whether it was billable. Amount fills in by formula. Main rows pull the rate from sheet 1.
4. On sheet 3, enter each month's overhead costs.
5. On sheet 4, enter expenses each month, then check units vs target, direct cost, and net profit on the Dashboard.
HOW THE NUMBERS WORK:
Revenue per conversion is gross revenue divided by conversions. Total revenue is gross revenue plus add-on revenue. Average revenue per billable conversion is total revenue divided by billable conversions. Units vs target is units logged divided by a target of 650. Net profit is revenue minus direct cost and all overhead categories. Net profit here is before the marketer's own pay. Months with no income logged show 0. Commissions can be clawed back after the month closes — log reversals as negative months rather than editing history away.
