A self-publishing launch planner for the moment your manuscript is finished but your launch plan is scattered across old posts, notes, and open tabs.

This is not a publishing course, a marketing service, or a promise of sales. It is a working Google Sheets, Notion, and printable PDF system that turns one target release date into an editable 44-task plan from D-90 through D+14.

Set the date, check what is next, and keep the current version of your launch details in one place. If a task is blocked, overdue, skipped, or done, the working templates give you a clear place to record it.

What is inside

- Google Sheets launch planner: nine organized tabs with a launch dashboard, 44-task plan, advance reader copy (ARC) tracker, metadata lab, editable budget, asset/link register, launch-week view, and sources/update log.

- Notion launch workspace: Launch HQ plus task, ARC, budget, asset, metadata, and source structures, with focused views for overdue work, the next seven days, blocked work, Must tasks, launch week, and completed work.

- Printable launch planner: a 17-page US Letter PDF and matching 17-page A4 PDF with the same six-phase workflow, worksheets, trackers, launch-week runbook, source notes, and disclaimer.

- Three short access documents: a Start Here overview plus separate one-page Google Sheets and Notion access PDFs, each with the exact route, setup steps, privacy note, version, and support direction.

Free companion available separately

The Free Author Launch-Week Link & Issue Check is a separate $0 or pay-what-you-want sibling product, not a file inside this paid bundle. Its four-page US Letter/A4 mini pack covers buyer-facing link checks, launch-day issues, and day +1 corrections without duplicating the paid system's task library or working tools.

The working schedule includes six phases: Foundation, Production, Audience, Storefront, Launch Week, and Follow-through. The date offsets are planning defaults, not retailer deadlines. Change, skip, or reassign tasks to fit your book, formats, distribution choices, and current platform rules.

Why authors use it

- See what is next, overdue, or blocked without rebuilding a checklist each week.

- Move the full due-date plan when the target release date changes.

- Keep ARC outreach neutral, minimal, and separate from ratings or review sentiment.

- Prepare book metadata and record the source and date used for changing platform requirements.

- Compare planned and actual launch costs without a revenue forecast or recommended-spend claim.

- Keep file versions, links, owners, and final checks together through launch day and the first two weeks after it.

How it works

1. Make your working copies. Open the Start Here overview, then use the matching Google Sheets or Notion access PDF and choose the printable size you need.

2. Set your release date. Replace the fictional sample details, review the editable offsets, and keep or skip only the tasks that fit your launch.

3. Work the current view. Update task statuses, dependencies, proof links, ARC follow-ups, metadata, budget, and launch-week checks as your release progresses.

Good fit for

- A first-time author with a finished manuscript and a target release date.

- A solo indie author who wants an ordered launch workflow rather than a long guide.

- An author who prefers Google Sheets, Notion, paper, or a mix of all three.

- A launch that needs a practical place for files, links, metadata, ARC follow-up, budget, and go/no-go checks.

Not a fit for

- Someone looking for editing, formatting, cover design, publishing, advertising, or launch-management services.

- Someone looking for automated uploads, retailer integrations, email sending, paid-ad planning, or live sales analytics.

- A publisher or agency seeking a client portal, team license, or white-label system.

- Anyone expecting guaranteed reviews, rankings, revenue, bestseller status, retailer acceptance, or another commercial result.

1. Know what to do next: focused views separate upcoming, overdue, blocked, Must, and launch-week work.

2. Change the date without rebuilding the plan: due dates follow one editable target release date in the working templates.

3. Keep launch details together: tasks, metadata, budget, ARC records, file versions, links, and issue notes share one vocabulary.

4. Follow up without review pressure: the ARC tracker waits until a copy is sent, supports one neutral reminder, and contains no star-rating or sentiment field.

5. Check changing requirements at the source: eight dated first-party references sit beside the platform-sensitive planning fields they affect.

6. Use the format that fits the day: work in Google Sheets or Notion, then take the matching Letter/A4 pages to a desk, meeting, or final link check.

1. Is this a self-publishing course?

No. It is an organization and execution tool. It does not teach every publishing strategy, provide editorial or legal advice, submit files, or manage a launch for you.

2. Can I change the 90-day schedule?

Yes. The default plan runs from D-90 through D+14 and is anchored to one target release date. Its offsets, owners, priorities, statuses, and tasks are editable. They are planning defaults, not platform deadlines.

3. Do I need both Google Sheets and Notion?

No. Both are included so you can use the working style you prefer. The printable PDFs are also included in US Letter and A4. The source design requires no paid Notion feature.

4. Is this only for one retailer or distributor?

No. Distribution paths are buyer-entered. The included source register demonstrates current first-party checks for platform-sensitive publishing and review topics, but you must verify the requirements in every current dashboard you choose to use.

5. Does the ARC tracker help me get positive reviews?

No. It organizes opt-in advance reader copy outreach and one neutral follow-up. It does not require, reward, score, monitor, or influence a review, and it includes no rating or sentiment field.

6. Does this guarantee a successful launch?

No. It can help you organize work and record what happened. It does not guarantee rankings, reviews, revenue, bestseller status, retailer acceptance, or any other platform or commercial outcome.

7. What if a file or access link does not work?

Message Template Goblin through the marketplace where you purchased. Include the product name, version, and a description of the access or file problem. We will help troubleshoot the delivered files or links. Refund eligibility remains subject to the marketplace's applicable policy.

8. Is the free launch-week mini pack included with this paid bundle?

No. It is available separately as a $0 or pay-what-you-want sibling product. The paid bundle includes the Google Sheets and Notion working templates, their separate access PDFs, a Start Here overview, and both 17-page printable sizes; the separate four-page mini pack is a focused preview and lead magnet.
