1. **What is the purpose of this career coaching workshop?**
- The workshop is for female professionals who want to make a change in their career but are uncertain of their next steps. Finding Your Niche is designed to teach attendees how to look at the career clues in their life and find direction.
2. **Who should attend this workshop?**
- Professional women considering a career change who would like to discover their gifts and purpose so they can be more fulfilled in their careers will find great value in Finding Your Niche.
3. **When and where will the workshop take place?**
- This virtual workshop will consist of 4 one-hour sessions to be held via Zoom. Sessions will be held Thursday, October 26th to November 16th from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM EDT.
4. **Is there any pre-work or preparation required before the workshop?**
- Prework will be assigned prior to each session to make the best use of time.
5. **What is the format of the workshop?**
- This is a virtual, interactive workshop that will include instruction, prework, and breakout sessions to foster support among attendees.
6. **Is there a minimum or maximum number of participants for the workshop?**
- To allow the facilitator to give everyone proper attention and for the group to quickly establish a rapport, the workshop will be limited to no more than 15 attendees.
7. **What is the cost of the workshop, and what does it include?**
- The workshop costs $498 which can be paid upon purchase or in two installments of $249, one upon purchase and the other paid by November 8th, prior to the 3rd Session. The last day to sign up and make your first payment is 10/24/23.
8. **What is the cancellation and refund policy?**
- Because space is limited, cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to Thursday, October 12th to receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between Friday, October 13th and Wednesday, October 18th will receive a 50% refund. No refunds after October 18th will be granted.
9. **What technology or equipment do I need to participate in a virtual workshop?**
- To have the best experience, please be sure to have a stable internet connection.
