Markings of the Soul, A Spiritual Saga is in it’s 3rd Edition

What started as a requisite grade 12 English assignment to write 7 poems by a rather indignant Catholic school student has ironically grown into a tome containing 130 passages.  Originally a limited, hand-crafted publication from cover to cover transformed into digital format in its second rendition.  Expression traversing 40 years. 

Join on this journey of articulation exploring a saga of transmutation wandering the path of existence and if I may wax poetic for an instance, what is about poetry that captivates? 

Why is writing poetry so powerful? In my experience it’s akin to journal entries; pure, raw expression that can range from intimate to philosophical.   

Sharing poems is a portal relevant to the purveyor and beholder.  A dial upon which the knob may settle upon finding one’s voice, entertainment, engagement or perhaps stepping outside of one’s comfort zone.
