What it catches that free templates miss

• A risk-assessed worker with no Worker Screening Check goes red.
• A worker leaves: mark them Left. Records stay for 7 years but stop counting.
• A certificate is renewed: add a row, tick Superseded on the old one. History kept.
• Working on application: shown amber, with the states and conditions that allow it.
• Dropdowns refuse typos. Dates are validated.
