Full transcription of Kenny Burrell's rendition on "Chitlins Con Carne" from his album "Midnight Blue" released in 1967 by Blue Note label.

This lovely tune showcases the stylistic simplicity and bluesy approach of Kenny Burrell on a C major Latin blues. Although the I chord has no major 3rd audible, I truly believe it's a C7#9 with no 3rd played. Anyway, we can also appreciate his comping and the trading twos with Turrentine's sax licks.

Sweet music notation with tab!

I'm learning music and getting into playing Jazz and this is the prefect song for that. With your YouTube play along and the notation to go with it is a sure fire way to learn. I like the notation to use when play with the metronome to slow it down then playing with the song at tempo. Thank you!
