Due to the nature of 1:1 coaching and digital services, all bookings are non-refundable.

However, I completely understand that life happens and things change! So if you need to reschedule, please don't hesitate to reach out with at least 24 hours' notice, so that we can reschedule for a time that works best for us both.

*Any no-shows or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in forfeiting the session.*
