Each bookmark features an original late-Victorian society gown displayed on a traditional antique dress form. Sweeping satin trains, sculpted bustles, rich silk drapery, velvet bodices, pearls, metallic embroidery, jet beads and sparkling ornament capture the glamour of fashionable evening dress from approximately 1875 to 1895.
The designs retain the elegant watercolour fashion-sketch character of the Fashion Through the Ages series. Printing
Print at 100% or Actual Size on US Letter paper. Heavyweight matte paper, presentation paper or light cardstock will give the best result. Cut carefully around the individual rectangular borders.
The finished bookmarks can also be laminated, corner-rounded, backed with coordinating cardstock or finished with ribbon or tassels. Colours may vary slightly between monitors, printers, inks and paper types.
