Set Me as a Seal is a six-week Bible study for married women who want to slow down, open Scripture, and look at marriage through the beautiful and sometimes surprisingly honest words of Song of Songs.

Throughout the study, you’ll explore what Scripture teaches about pursuing your spouse, emotional and physical intimacy, communication, conflict, commitment, desire, and protecting the covenant you’ve made.

This isn’t about having a picture-perfect marriage. It’s about inviting God into the marriage you actually have and asking Him to help you love your husband with greater intention, wisdom, grace, and faithfulness.

• Week 1 — Chosen & Cherished: Remembering the beauty of being known, wanted, and loved.
• Week 2 — Pursuit & Friendship: Continuing to pursue one another after “I do.”
• Week 3 — Intimacy & Desire: Looking at biblical marital intimacy without shame.
• Week 4 — The Little Foxes: Recognizing the small things that can quietly damage a marriage.
• Week 5 — Seeking & Repairing: Navigating distance, conflict, forgiveness, and reconnection.
• Week 6 — Set Me as a Seal: Building a marriage marked by covenant love, commitment, and faithfulness.

Each week includes Scripture reading, guided study, reflection questions, marriage application, prayer, and space to write what God is showing you.
