Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

All contracts are binding. I do not offer refunds on mentoring/coaching services. I am here to mentor/coach you to your highest level of success, and part of it is requiring a commitment from you and ensuring you are fully invested in your package.

When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door. It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to the work and positive I am the right mentor/coach for you. If you’re in, it is requested for you to be 100% in, just as I will be for you.

Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours' notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. Sessions not canceled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your mentorship/coaching. Your satisfaction is important to me.

How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to log in to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.

Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.

Have you been thinking of making a change in your life but don't know where to start?

The purpose of the Complimentary Consultation is to hone in on one area you are struggling in the most, which will be the focus of your coaching sessions. We will also be able to determine if we will be a great co-partnership for your growth.

An accompanying consultation form must be completed 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment for your optimal support! A link to the questionnaire will be sent to you once your appointment is confirmed.
