Heart's 'Eh' Plenty Activity Pack: Free PreK-K Printables

Eight printable pages from the Newfoundland outport of Heart's 'Eh' Plenty, where a small grey cat named Kettle lives by the harbour. Children colour Kettle and his big pot, colour the puffins on the wharf, trace a short phrase, count capelin, search Kettle's kitchen for five hidden things, and make a torn-paper Kettle with their own hands. Two talk-together pages ask about times they needed help and whose door they would knock on.

Every instruction reads aloud in one breath. Each page carries a short note for the grown-up saying what it quietly practises: crayon grip, one-to-one counting, left-to-right tracing, visual search, or naming feelings. The line art is black and white and prints on any home or classroom printer. Use it at home or at a quiet preschool classroom table.

Free, with no email or sign-up required. It pairs with the picture book The Empty Pot.
