you can make any shape you want and its animated. there are settings for speed, distortion/wave, and animation. its totally free and easy to use for any scene you want, it doesnt have to be only for demon slayer.
You change the speed by typing #frame and either divide it to slow it down (#frame/5 which is slowed five times than normal value) or multiply it to speed it up (#frame*5 which is five times faster than normal value).
I added settings for colors (border, outer and inner), you can plug Color ramp node in material nodes to make it have a gradient smooth look rather than solid cel look.
