UK Home Maintenance Planner | Hunter Ellis Professional Property Tools
Created by Mark Tutton — a practising building surveyor and architectural designer. Postgraduate study: MSc Building Surveying, Northumbria University — final overall award pending. Technical background also includes BSc (Hons) Architectural Design & Technology, MRPSA and ACABE. The Hunter Ellis UK Home Maintenance Planner is a UK-specific system for noticing change early, planning upkeep and building a useful property history without turning routine home care into amateur diagnosis.
IDEAL FOR
UK homeowners who want a manageable monthly and seasonal routine, clearer repair records and one place for service history, warranties and spend.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
• 19-page printable A4 planner
• 19-page fillable PDF
• 10-tab protected Excel workbook
• Monthly and seasonal prompts
• Roof and rainwater checks
• Walls, damp and drainage records
• Service history
• Warranty tracker
• Repair and spend log
• Read-me, personal-use licence and exact file manifest
WHAT MAKES IT USEFUL
• Uses plain-English prompts designed around UK homes and seasons
• Keeps dated observations separate from guessed diagnoses
• Connects planned tasks, completed repairs, actual spend, servicing and warranties
• Builds a record that can help you explain change to an appropriate contractor or professional
• Encourages safe observation and sensible escalation when an issue is uncertain or safety-related
HOW TO USE IT
Set dates that suit the property, local exposure, product warranties and professional guidance. Record what you observe, attach the same reference to supporting photographs or documents, and move larger projects into a properly scoped renovation or extension record where relevant.
FORMAT AND COMPATIBILITY
Digital download only; no physical item is supplied. The customer ZIP contains printable A4 and fillable PDF files, an editable .xlsx workbook, instructions, licence and manifest. Fillable behaviour varies by PDF app: test, save, close and reopen a short entry before relying on it. Spreadsheet formula cells are protected; the designated working cells remain editable. The workbook records due dates and status but does not send phone or email reminders. The PDFs are not represented as fully tagged accessible PDFs. Storefront examples use fictional details; customer working files are supplied blank.
