HOW TO USE

Print the PDFs for handwriting. Open the DOCX companions in Microsoft Word to personalize the text, then save or export your own copy. Open XLSX workbooks in a recent desktop version of Microsoft Excel, replace fictional sample entries and enter data in the prepared input cells. Preserve formula columns. Prepared rows generally run from 6–105; extend formulas and formatting for additional rows.

• PDFs are US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches), print-ready and not fillable PDF forms.

• Word companions use simpler editable layouts than the coastal PDF interiors. Word samples are shown in the gallery.

• Microsoft Word and Excel are recommended. Other DOCX software and Google Sheets imports can change formatting, dropdowns or formulas. Google Sheets imports are not separately verified.

• Booklet worksheets do not calculate automatically. The separate Excel workbooks include formulas for selected fields based on your inputs.

• No booking-platform integration, calendar sync, banking sync, automatic data imports or automatic supply ordering is included.
