Samantha grinned mischievously as she held the shrinking ray gun, a birthday gift from her eccentric uncle. Her brother Timmy was an annoying little pest, always tattling to their parents and snooping through her personal things. Today, she would finally get her revenge.
Sneaking into Timmy's room, Samantha pointed the ray gun at her sleeping brother and pulled the trigger. A bright flash of light enveloped his body, and within seconds, he had shrunk down to the size of a common household ant!
Timmy woke up with a start, finding himself only an inch tall. "Samantha, what have you done?!" he squeaked in terror.
"Oh Timmy, you're so small and cute now!" Samantha cooed in a sing-song voice. She scooped up the minuscule boy and placed him on the kitchen floor. "I think you'll make a tasty little snack for Mom's big fat feet when she comes home wearing her high heels for the party tonight. Not that she'll even see you down there!"
"No, please! You can't!" Timmy begged, but his tiny voice was barely audible. Samantha just laughed cruelly as she watched him try to scramble to safety, his little legs uselessly struggling against the smooth tile.
Hours later, Samantha was in her room, listening for her mother's return, when she heard the familiar click-clack of stilettos entering the kitchen. Her pulse raced with excitement.
"Where's my darling Timmy?" her mother called out in a singsong voice as she stepped into the room.
Samantha bit her lip to keep from giggling....
