Art Sub Tub Lesson Plans Art Sub Art Projects 10 Art Lessons 10 Art Activities
This no prep Art Sub Tub is an emergency art lesson and sub binder resource for elementary and middle school art teachers. It includes 10 full art lessons, 10 ARTivities, editable Art Sub Binder templates and labels for organizing, so you are ready for planned absences, unexpected sick days or maternity leave.
It works in traditional classrooms, on traveling art carts and in homeschool settings. The lessons are flexible in medium (markers, crayons, paint or pencils) and are written so substitute teachers and non-art specialists can teach them.

HOW TO USE IT
Print the master copy and organize it in a binder with labeled dividers. Pre-copy the student handouts and store them in labeled folders, and prep tubs or folders with the materials needed so they are ready to grab.
On the day, the sub picks a lesson or ARTivity, reviews the step-by-step guide and hands out the ready-to-go student sheets. You can choose your own art mediums or use the suggested ones, and the resource suits long-term substitutes as well as emergency days.

★★★★ “This resource has great projects and complete plans, easy for any sub to follow.” Melissa N.
★★★★ “This was a great resource to use with my students. Thanks!” Laura C.
★★★★ “This is an AMAZING bundle! It is so full of SO many resources! The only issue I had with it is that you have to edit it in PowerPoint - I thought it could be better edited in a .pdf file or even Word. But the amount of resources you get is incredible, especially to a first-year art teacher. I've taught before, just not art specifically, and this was perfect as a quick solution to get a substitute station set up asap (I was hired in the middle of the school year). I cannot rave enough about this product and highly recommend getting it! It is absolutely worth the money!” The F.
★★★ “There are many great lessons for a substitute teacher to easily teach. My students in the younger grades loved the Art Choice Board, and the Pattern Mosaic. I highly recommend!” Tracy A.
★★★★ “This was a life saver!! One of the best things I have ever bought!!! It saved me so much time and energy!! 100% worth it!” Taylor S.
★★★★ “Great addition to my sub tub.” Witt a.
