Sea Haven - Your summer and fall sweater knit!

Sea Haven, is a textured yoke sweater and tee worked top-down, in the round with many options to tailor it to the needs of your body and season.

Choose from two necklines, a wider opening for a summer tee, or chose a smaller twisted rib neckline. Long or short sleeves? Would you like to include waist shaping for your sweater? It’s all here! Sea Haven includes yarn calculations for lengthening your sweater and there are two options for finishing your hem, and sleeve cuffs.

Cast on a summer tee and convert it to a winter sweater in the fall!

Suggested fit approx. 2.5 – 8.75cm (1 – 3.5”) positive ease. Sample shown in size 4 with 8.75cm (3.5”) ease.

Finished garment measurements are taken with relaxed fabric after blocking, so please knit a gauge swatch.

NEEDLES

- Size 4mm / US 6 circular needle, 80cm / 32” length (or size needed to obtain gauge) to knit the garment, and sleeves. If not using magic loop for sleeves, then a set of double pointed needles will be required.

- Size 3.5mm / US 4 circular needle, 80cm / 32” & 40cm / 16” length (or 0.5mm / 2 US sizes smaller than gauge-size needle) to knit the neck band and hem. If not using magic loop for sleeves, then a set of double pointed needles will be required.
Spare needle or smooth waste yarn for holding live sts.
Tapestry/Darning needle
Stitch markers: 3. One unique.


GAUGE

Lore yarn:
19 sts x 28 rnds = 10cm x 10cm (4”x 4”) in stocking stitch worked in the round after blocking on largest needle.
Tip: Block and pin swatch, and leave to dry.

 
Tynn Line (held double) yarn:
19 sts x 32 rnds = 10cm x 10cm (4”x 4”) in stocking stitch worked in the round after blocking on largest needle.
