An intense, evocative portrait in the retro anime style of the 80s and 90s. The scene features an elegant witch with long, flowing teal hair and deep, ocean-blue eyes, she carries an aura of serenity and strength. She wears a sleek, deep-blue witch hat adorned with silver seashells and seaweed patterns, complementing her richly embroidered cloak of dark blue and turquoise. Delicate strands of magic twirl around her, reflecting the mystical energy of the sea. Her peaceful expression exudes confidence and wisdom, with soft moonlight glimmering on her elegant features as she clasps a glowing trident-shaped charm in her hand.
