Prosperity Does Not Trickle - It Is Organized
Prosperity Does Not Trickle. It Is Organized.
What supply-side economics gets right, what trickle-down promises conceal, and why public investment belongs at the centre of a good society.
Researchers followed major tax cuts for the rich in 18 wealthy countries across five decades.

🧒 Among 133 United States policy changes, direct investments in low-income children's health and education delivered the most benefit per net public dollar. Many paid for themselves.
🏛️ Public money gets no free pass. The IMF estimates that, averaged across countries, about 30 per cent of the potential gains from public investment are lost to inefficiency.
