I have always enjoyed the Just Thinking Podcast. As one who struggles with sitting still, these guys seem to consistently be able to capture my attention, heart and mind. This podcast subject is so relevant and useful in the chaos in which we live. I am not one who struggles with trauma, though I have many stripes which the world would certainly promote me to the trauma podium, but this gives me the perspective and language to intelligently and lovingly engage with my brother/neighbor who has been sold a sad paper title which only furthers and deepens their sadness and struggles.
