NON-EXCLUSIVE BEAT LICENSE AGREEMENT
(UNLIMITED RIGHTS / NO RESTRICTIONS)
This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective upon purchase between the Producer ("Licensor") and the Buyer/Artist ("Licensee").
1. GRANT OF LICENSE & RIGHTS
By purchasing this instrumental ("Beat"), the Licensor grants the Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to create one (1) new original vocal work ("New Work") with the following unlimited rights:
Unlimited Commercial Streams: Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, Amazon, etc.
Unlimited Physical & Digital Sales: CDs, Vinyl, Cassettes, Digital Downloads.
Unlimited Monetized Videos: Official Music Videos, Visualizers, TikTok/Reels usage with full monetization.
Unlimited Live Performances & Radio: Broadcasts, commercial shows, and live performances with 100% earnings retention by the Licensee.
Sync Rights: TV, Film, Video Games, Commercials, and Podcasts.
2. NO REPORTING OR AUDITING REQUIRED
The Licensee is not required to log, track, or report stream metrics, sales figures, or earnings to the Licensor. This license carries no expiration date, no stream caps, and zero renewal requirements.
3. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
The Licensor retains 100% full legal copyright ownership of the underlying instrumental music ("Beat").
The Licensee owns the copyright to their unique vocal lyrics and recording, subject to the Licensor's underlying ownership of the Beat.
4. RESTRICTIONS & CONTENT ID
No Content ID Registration: The Licensee SHALL NOT register the final song with YouTube Content ID, Shazam, Meta Rights Manager, SoundExchange, or any automated audio fingerprinting service.
Non-Transferable: This license cannot be resold, sub-licensed, or transferred to third parties.
5. MANDATORY CREDIT
The Licensee must credit the Licensor on all releases, metadata, and descriptions as follows:
