How to use it

1. Download the file and double-click it. It opens in your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox).
2. Bookmark it in your browser of choice so it's always one click away. Your planner saves in that browser, so always open it from the same bookmark and your plan will be right where you left it.
3. Open Claude at claude.ai in another tab (a free account works).
4. Start with your Voice Card. Copy the first prompt, paste it into Claude with a few of your captions and save what Claude gives you.
5. Plan your month. Use the planning prompts, then fill in your 30-day planner.
6. Write your captions. Copy a caption prompt, add your idea and post!

Tip: Clearing your browser history can also clear your saved plan, so use the "Copy my plan" button to keep a backup.
