Lucinda is seated on a bench in a sundress and sandal, in  an LLC. She discusses how she broke her leg, how the cast feels, and wiggles her toes throughout. She demonstrates confident crutching and even navigates stairs with ease. As she rests again with her leg propped up, she talks about the swelling, itchiness, and range of motion in her ankle. She shares the sympathy she’s received and reflects on her weeks in a cast. Lucinda later changes into jean shorts, tries a cast boot, and skip-hops around. When gravel gets into the boot, she ditches it and crutches with her leg raised to protect her toes. The video ends with a lengthy shot of her standing close to the camera, wiggling her toes and brushing off dirt.
